In a Canadian Press article about Air Canada's accessibility services, Liberal MP Peter Fragiskatos '04, cited Dr. Jeff Preston, Associate Professor of Disability Studies, who stated the airline may have an up-to-date accessibility framework but it hasn't been adequately implemented. -
